Returns Policy and Procedure

We strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with our products and, subject to the following provisions, offer a refund/exchange on most items purchased at Australia Post stationery. 

Please note this Returns Policy and Procedure applies to goods purchased through the stationery.auspost.com.au website only.

Breach of Implied Condition

Where any of the Goods are faulty (or become faulty through no fault of yours) or are not in accordance with your order or the law otherwise provides that they may be returned, you may, within a reasonable period of time, return the Goods to us at no cost to you for a refund, by completing an online Goods Return Authority Form.

All Other Returns

If you are otherwise not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods for a full refund and/or exchange by completing an online Goods Return Authority Form

  1. You can complete and submit an online Goods Return Authority form here.
  2. Goods will not be accepted until this request is received, reviewed and approved.
  3. You will be contacted by our Customer Service team and issued with a Return Authority Number, provided with instructions and advised of the return process.
  4. Under no circumstances will we accept returned goods after 14 days from the delivery date.
  5. Return freight will be at your cost.
  6. Returned Goods must reference your Return Authority Number.
  7. Goods will only be accepted in their original packaging (as new), including manuals, information booklets and original carton.
  8. Goods that have been tampered with, or have expressly been sold on a “non-return” basis, or are not accompanied by a Return Authority Number will not be accepted and may be returned to you at your expense.
  9. Receipt of any Goods by us or any of our agents and representatives that are returned other than in accordance with the above procedures will not constitute nor be deemed to constitute our acceptance of the return of the Goods for credit.
  10. Paragraphs 4, 5, 7 and 8 do not apply in the case of return of goods because of breach of an implied condition. 
  11. Credit for a return of Goods will not include any amount for delivery fees or Transit Cover fees (as described in the Terms of sale and purchase for non-business customers) (which should be an active link to the below http://stationery.auspost.com.au/terms-and-conditions-aupost )
